نحن في إيجارك نحترم خصوصية مستخدمينا ونلتزم بحماية بياناتهم الشخصية وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية، وبما يتناسب مع طبيعة خدمات التكنولوجيا العقارية التي نقدمها.

تنطبق سياسة الخصوصية هذه على استخدامك لتطبيق إيجارك، وموقع إيجارك الإلكتروني، وأي خدمات أو صفحات أو أدوات إلكترونية مرتبطة بهما.

باستخدامك لتطبيق أو موقع إيجارك، أو بإنشاء حساب، أو بإرسال طلب إيجار، أو بإضافة عقار، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه السياسة.

أولاً: من نحن

إيجارك منصة رقمية تهدف إلى تسهيل عمليات البحث عن وحدات للإيجار، وربط المالكين والمستأجرين، وتحسين الثقة بين الأطراف من خلال بيانات الحساب، التحقق من الهوية، مستندات الملكية، وطلبات الإيجار.

إيجارك في مرحلة المنتج الأولي ، وقد يتم تطوير الخدمات والخصائص تدريجياً. MVP

ثانياً: البيانات التي نجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع ومعالجة البيانات التالية بحسب نوع الحساب وطريقة استخدامك للمنصة :

بيانات الحساب الأساسية

الاسم

رقم الهاتف

البريد الإلكتروني

صورة الملف الشخصي، إن وجدت

نوع الحساب: مالك أو مستأجر

تاريخ إنشاء الحساب وآخر تسجيل دخول

معرف المستخدم داخل النظام

بيانات التحقق من الهوية

صورة بطاقة الرقم القومي أو مستندات إثبات الهوية .

حالة التحقق: قيد المراجعة، موثق، مرفوض .

بيانات مستخرجة أو مرتبطة بعملية التحقق، مثل الاسم أو الرقم القومي عند الحاجة .

ملاحظات أو أسباب الرفض في حال عدم قبول المستند.

بيانات المالكين والعقارات

إذا كنت مالكاً، قد نجمع:

بيانات العقار.

صور العقار.

عنوان العقار والمنطقة والمحافظة.

إحداثيات الموقع الجغرافي أو رابط الخريطة.

السعر ونوع الوحدة والمساحة وعدد الغرف أو تفاصيل الاستخدام التجاري.

مستندات الملكية أو ما يثبت حق الإعلان عن العقار.

حالة مراجعة العقار أو مستند الملكية.

بيانات المستأجرين وطلبات الإيجار

إذا كنت مستأجراً، قد نجمع:

تفضيلات البحث: سكني أو تجاري.

نوع الوحدة المطلوبة.

المهنة أو النشاط التجاري .

عدد الأفراد أو المستخدمين المتوقعين .

الحالة الاجتماعية إذا كان الطلب سكنياً .

طلبات الإيجار المرسلة إلى المالكين.

حالة الطلب: قيد المراجعة، مقبول، مرفوض.

بيانات الاستخدام والتقنية

قد نجمع تلقائياً:

نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل.

عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت IP.

بيانات الدخول والاستخدام.

أخطاء التطبيق وسجلات الأداء.

بيانات تساعدنا على تحسين الخدمة والأمان.

6. بيانات التواصل والدعم

عند التواصل معنا، قد نحتفظ بـ:

نص الرسائل أو الشكاوى أو طلبات الدعم.

البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المستخدم للتواصل.

أي مستندات أو صور يرسلها المستخدم طوعاً لخدمة الدعم.

ثالثاً: كيف نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك للأغراض التالية:

إنشاء وإدارة حسابك.

تمكينك من استخدام خدمات إيجارك.

التحقق من الهوية ومستندات الملكية.

عرض العقارات المناسبة للمستأجرين.

تمكين المستأجر من إرسال طلب إيجار.

تمكين المالك من مراجعة طلبات المستأجرين.

إظهار بيانات التواصل بعد قبول طلب الإيجار فقط.

تحسين جودة التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم.

منع الاحتيال أو إساءة استخدام المنصة.

إرسال إشعارات مرتبطة بحسابك أو طلباتك.

الرد على الاستفسارات والشكاوى.

الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية أو التنظيمية.

رابعاً: مشاركة البيانات

لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية.

قد نشارك بعض بياناتك في الحالات التالية:

1. بين المالك والمستأجر داخل المنصة

عند إرسال طلب إيجار، قد يظهر للمالك جزء من بيانات المستأجر اللازمة لاتخاذ قرار، مثل الاسم، صورة الحساب، مستوى التوثيق، المهنة، والتفضيلات المرتبطة بالطلب.

لا يتم إظهار رقم هاتف المالك للمستأجر إلا بعد قبول الطلب.

قد يتم إظهار بيانات تواصل محدودة بين الطرفين بعد قبول الطلب.

2. مع مقدمي الخدمات

قد نستخدم خدمات خارجية لتشغيل المنصة، مثل:

خدمات الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات.

Firebase أو خدمات مشابهة للمصادقة والتخزين.

خدمات الخرائط.

خدمات التحليلات والأداء.

خدمات إرسال الإشعارات.

خدمات البريد الإلكتروني أو الدعم الفني.

تتم مشاركة البيانات بالقدر اللازم فقط لتقديم الخدمة.

3. مع الجهات القانونية أو التنظيمية

قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون، أو بناءً على طلب جهة مختصة، أو لحماية حقوقنا القانونية، أو للتحقيق في إساءة استخدام أو احتيال.

خامساً: بيانات الموقع الجغرافي

نستخدم بيانات الموقع الجغرافي أو روابط الخرائط لمساعدة المستخدمين على تحديد مكان العقار بصورة أوضح.

قد يتم عرض موقع العقار للمستأجرين إذا كان العقار منشوراً ومتاحاً داخل المنصة. يجب على المالك عدم إدخال بيانات موقع مضللة أو غير دقيقة.

سادساً: مستندات الهوية والملكية

نستخدم مستندات الهوية والملكية لأغراض التحقق والثقة والأمان داخل المنصة.

لا تُعرض صور بطاقة الهوية أو مستندات الملكية للعامة. وقد يتم استخدامها داخلياً أو من خلال أنظمة مراجعة آلية أو يدوية للتحقق من صحة الحساب أو العقار.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة المستندات التي يرفعها، ويقر بأن تقديم مستندات غير صحيحة أو تخص الغير قد يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب أو حذف المحتوى أو اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية عند اللزوم.

سابعاً: الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً أو طالما كانت البيانات ضرورية لتقديم الخدمة أو الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية أو حل النزاعات أو منع الاحتيال.

قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات بعد حذف الحساب إذا كان ذلك ضرورياً لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو محاسبية أو لحماية حقوق المستخدمين أو المنصة.

ثامناً: حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك من خلال:

داخل التطبيق: من صفحة الحساب عبر خيار طلب حذف الحساب.

عبر الموقع: https://egarak.com/delete-account

عبر البريد الإلكتروني: support@egarak.com

عند طلب الحذف، سنقوم بمراجعة الطلب وتنفيذه خلال مدة معقولة، مع مراعاة أي بيانات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها قانونياً أو أمنياً أو لحماية حقوق الأطراف.

قد يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى فقدان الوصول إلى:

الحساب.

الطلبات السابقة.

العقارات المضافة.

المستندات المرفوعة.

الإشعارات وسجل التعاملات داخل المنصة.

تاسعاً: حقوق المستخدم

يحق لك، وفقاً للقانون المعمول به، طلب:

الوصول إلى بياناتك.

تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة.

تحديث بيانات الحساب.

حذف الحساب أو بعض البيانات.

الاعتراض على بعض أوجه المعالجة، متى كان ذلك ممكناً قانوناً.

معرفة الغرض من جمع ومعالجة البيانات.

عاشراً: أمن البيانات

نتخذ تدابير فنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام أو التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المصرح به.

ومع ذلك، فإن نقل البيانات عبر الإنترنت لا يمكن ضمان أمانه بشكل مطلق. لذلك فإن استخدامك للمنصة يتم مع إدراكك لهذه المخاطر.

حادي عشر: ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المشابهة

قد يستخدم موقع إيجارك ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو التخزين المحلي أو أدوات تحليل الأداء لتحسين تجربة المستخدم، حفظ التفضيلات، قياس الأداء، وتحسين الخدمات.

يمكنك التحكم في ملفات تعريف الارتباط من خلال إعدادات المتصفح، مع العلم أن تعطيلها قد يؤثر على بعض وظائف الموقع.

ثاني عشر: خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

قد تحتوي المنصة على روابط أو تكاملات مع خدمات خارجية، مثل الخرائط، خدمات تسجيل الدخول، خدمات التحليلات، أو وسائل التواصل.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية سياسات الخصوصية أو ممارسات الأطراف الثالثة، ويخضع استخدامك لها لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة.

ثالث عشر: خصوصية الأطفال

لا تستهدف منصة إيجارك الأطفال. يجب ألا يستخدم المنصة أي شخص دون السن القانونية للتعاقد أو دون السن المسموح به قانوناً إلا من خلال ولي أمره أو ممثله القانوني.

إذا علمنا أننا جمعنا بيانات طفل دون سند قانوني، سنقوم باتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لحذفها.

رابع عشر: التسويق والإشعارات

قد نرسل إليك إشعارات أو رسائل متعلقة بالخدمة، مثل تحديثات الطلبات أو حالة التحقق أو تنبيهات الحساب.

وقد نرسل رسائل تسويقية أو تعريفية بالخدمة، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية متى كان ذلك متاحاً.

خامس عشر: نقل أو إعادة هيكلة النشاط

في حال بيع أو دمج أو إعادة هيكلة نشاط إيجارك أو انتقال ملكية المنصة، قد يتم نقل بيانات المستخدمين إلى الجهة الخلف أو المالكة الجديدة، بشرط الالتزام بحماية البيانات وفقاً لهذه السياسة أو سياسة مماثلة.

سادس عشر: القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه السياسة وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية المختصة بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، ما لم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك.

سابع عشر: تعديل السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة داخل التطبيق أو على الموقع الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التحديث يعني قبولك للسياسة المعدلة.

By using Egarak, creating an account, submitting a rental request, listing a property, or uploading documents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Egarak is a digital real-estate rental platform designed to connect property owners and tenants, support rental discovery, and improve trust between users through account profiles, identity verification, property ownership checks, and rental request workflows.

Egarak is currently operating as an MVP and its services and features may be developed progressively.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your account type and use of the platform, we may collect and process the following information:

A. Basic Account Information

Name.

Phone number.

Email address.

Profile photo, if provided.

Account type: owner or tenant.

Account creation date and last login.

Internal user identifier.

B. Identity Verification Data

National ID images or other identity documents.

Verification status: pending, verified, or rejected.

Data related to verification, such as name or national ID number where necessary.

Rejection notes or reasons where documents are not accepted.

C. Owner and Property Data

If you are an owner, we may collect:

Property details.

Property photos.

Property address, area, city, and governorate.

Geographic coordinates or map URL.

Price, property type, area, room count, or commercial-use details.

Ownership documents or proof of authority to list the property.

A. Between Owners and Tenants

When a tenant submits a rental request, the owner may see limited tenant information necessary to evaluate the request, such as name, profile photo, trust level, profession, and request-related preferences.

The owner’s phone number is not shown to the tenant unless the owner accepts the request.

Limited contact information may be shared between the parties after acceptance.

B. With Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to operate the platform, including:

Hosting and database services.

Firebase or similar authentication and storage services.

Map services.

Analytics and performance tools.

Notification services.

Email and customer support tools.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

C. Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

Property location may be displayed to tenants where the property is published and available on the platform. Owners must not provide misleading or inaccurate property locations.

6. Identity and Ownership Documents

Identity and ownership documents are used for verification, trust, and platform safety.

National ID images and ownership documents are not displayed publicly. They may be used internally or through automated/manual review processes to verify accounts or properties.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded documents. Uploading false, forged, or third-party documents may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action where necessary.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud.

Some data may be retained after account deletion where legally, technically, or security-wise necessary, including for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, or protection of user/platform rights.

Egarak is not directed to children. The platform should not be used by anyone below the legal age for contracting or below the legally permitted age unless through a guardian or legal representative.
